Trophies

Post by Mark Whittaker »

The trophies will be going to the engravers shortly, if you have had more than one passenger this season could you nominate which one goes on the trophy if applicable*.

Also if you have noticed your name spelled incorrectly on the race results or the championship standings please let us know as soon as possible.

*just calling them 'ballast' will not guarantee you having them as a passenger next season! :o

Hi Mark.

Hope it isn't too late in the day, but I've just noticed that Phil Bootherstone ( 2nd in Bears F3 ) is down as Phil Bootherspone on the results sheet.

Bootherstone is the correct spelling.

Cheers, Jenny.

Hi Mark,
for those of us that are new to this, how would we know if we are to receive a trophy, is it just the winner of a championship or do they all go down to 3rd place?

Hi, the Trophy Committee will be meeting within the next few weeks and will allocate the championship trophies as well as the specialist ones. As with previous seasons I will endeavour to publish the list of the recipients.

Thanks Mark, sorry to resurrect an old thread, still relevant though I suppose.
