The New Racing only Section

I have created an Alpha account and can successfully book races (or at least the practice day) on line. So I know the account works.

However, I cant register for the championship sections I am interested in. I get a message that says "You do not have the required membership to register for this championship".

I am a VMCC member and I thought I'd successfully registered for BHRC using that membership. If I go into the "Buy Memberships" and select VMCC - it tells me I already have the maximum purchases for that item. I'm not sure if this means my VMCC membership has registered me for BHRC or not.

Can anyone provide any advice on how to align membership so I can register the championship I would like to participate in?

Hi Ralph,
On the Alpha profile page:

My VMCC membership is now showing under "my memberships".....so I assume this means I'm registered for BHRC.

When I originally looked at this page (when entering the test day) there was a section to "register for championships" That is no longer there.... I'm sure it wasn't my imagination

To answer your question - the championships I was trying to enter are:
pre 73 solo over 500cc and Pre 73 F750.
I assume as a member of BHRC I am automatically part of those championships as and when enter these races.... just like last year?

Hello all, I have just tried to renew my membership despite already having a valid VMCC membership, I think it will be prudent to join BHRC

There does not appear to be any relevant class for my application, the only reference to BEARS if for F1, I ride in F3 class, am I missing something

Rolland, the classes should now be visible.

Dave, as a VMCC member, you can register for BHRC membership, you do not have to pay the £30 to be a member. I see your VMCC membership runs out on 1/4/2024 but if you have no use of the VMCC benefits then you are covered to race with us for the rest of the year on your BHRC membership.
