Just packed up a very wet gazebo and regalia from the Stafford Show.
Many many thanks to the hardy chaos who helped out and/or lent bikes for this weekend.
Thanks go to John Christopher who brought both his and Adam Popes bikes early Saturday morning and then did the return hour and a half journey to fulfil work commitments. John then obviously did the same 3 hour round trip to collect the bikes.
Jack Scrivener brought another beautifully turned out Aermacchi to sit in the pouring rain all weekend.
Graham Davenport and his dad had a constant stream of people interested in the little Aprilia outfit and as usual, repeatedly answered the public's questions with enthusiasm and humility.
Thank you to Nic Powell who brought his 125 Honda and had gone to the extra trouble of having some glossy handouts produced and special thanks to Christine who is my right hand woman when it comes to setting up the display. (Hope your finger gets better after the gazebo took a chunk out of it!)
This is our last Stafford Show. After doing shows for the last 5 years, it's now time to hand this to someone else.

Sue Whittaker ! .... I am sure John Jack Graham & myself will all all strenuously deny bringing "chaos" to proceedings ! We all yielded to your every instruction ! 
Personally, for my own very small part as a BHR racer, I can only offer my thanks and admiration for a staunch FIVE YEARS! that Sue and Mark W have both put into promoting the club with a great "BHR Roadshow" . . Wow ! What a commitment ! . . I am sure others will want to offer the same also ..
... I am equally sure that if each of us buys Sue and Mark a Wine/Pint/as-required at the AGM/Awards-Night Dinner, then it will probably be graciously received ... and then at the end of the night we can all take embarrasssing photos of a completely & happily hammered Dynamic-Duo . 
It has not gone un-noticed , Sue, that all the blokes allegedly brought chaos, and only the girliies brought calm and order !
